It is Junmai Ginjo of "Sasaichi" brewed in Koshu Yamada Nishiki, a rice produced in Yamanashi Prefecture. It was prepared in the front water of Sacred Peak Fuji, one of Japan's best famous water. The characteristics of Yamada Nishiki were pulled out with handmade piercing ferrous koji and carefully brewed with low temperature fermentation. The gentle and refreshing scent spreads in the mouth. It is a food sake with a sharp and rich rice sweetness with sharp and rich rice.
