야마나시현

사사이치 양조장은 1661년 하나다야로 시작하여 1919년 사사이치 양조장으로 개칭·통합되었습니다. '사사(笹)'는 술을, '이치(一)'는 일본 최고를 의미합니다. 야마나시현 오쓰키시 사사고초에 위치하며, 수십 년에 걸쳐 걸러진 후지산의 지하수를 담금수로 사용하는데, 이 물은 과거 에도성의 다도에 사용되었고 메이지 천황이 교토로 행차할 때 운반하도록 선택된 '오마에미즈'로 알려진 명수입니다. 사사이치 양조장은 전통 효모와 유산균을 최대한 활용한 순미주와 야마하이를 중심으로, 향과 맛의 조화를 강조한 균형 잡힌 술을 빚는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
