Okura Iroha Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Goju Arabashiri is produced by KK Ookurahonke in Nara using Miyamanishiki rice milled to 50 percent. Miyamanishiki is a cold-climate sake rice variety originally developed in Nagano, valued for producing elegant and clean ginjo-style sake. The arabashiri free-run cut captures the first, freshest portion of the pressing, expressing a bright and lively aromatic profile.
