Okihomare Kasen Hatsuzakura is brewed under the Hatsuzakura sub-brand of Oki Shuzou, one of the oldest labels to originate on the Oki Islands. The kasen designation places it above josen in the traditional quality tier system, made using island spring water among Japan's 100 Best Waters.
