노토 지역의 쌀, 물, 사람으로 지역 밀착형 사케를 빚겠다는 뜻을 품고 운영해 왔으나 지진으로 양조장이 완전히 무너지는 시련을 겪었습니다. 폐업도 고려했지만 주변의 응원과 지원에 힘입어 새 창고를 짓고 최신 설비를 도입해 양조를 재개했습니다. 와지마에서만 즐길 수 있는 특별한 사케를 자신 있게 선보이고 있습니다.
