Gohyakumangoku at 65% polishing underpins this ichibanreishu honjozo from Nakajima Shuzouten in Wajima, Ishikawa. Ichibanreishu refers to the first cold-drawn pressing of the season, offering an especially fresh and clear expression of the brewery's Noto terroir.

노토 지역의 쌀, 물, 사람으로 지역 밀착형 사케를 빚겠다는 뜻을 품고 운영해 왔으나 지진으로 양조장이 완전히 무너지는 시련을 겪었습니다. 폐업도 고려했지만 주변의 응원과 지원에 힘입어 새 창고를 짓고 최신 설비를 도입해 양조를 재개했습니다. 와지마에서만 즐길 수 있는 특별한 사케를 자신 있게 선보이고 있습니다.
