Gohyakumangoku polished to 65% is used for this honjozo, presented in a distinctive glass barrel that evokes the traditional cedar cask style of the Noto region. Nakajima Shuzouten in Wajima brews at small scale with a focus on sake that deepens with every cup.

노토 지역의 쌀, 물, 사람으로 지역 밀착형 사케를 빚겠다는 뜻을 품고 운영해 왔으나 지진으로 양조장이 완전히 무너지는 시련을 겪었습니다. 폐업도 고려했지만 주변의 응원과 지원에 힘입어 새 창고를 짓고 최신 설비를 도입해 양조를 재개했습니다. 와지마에서만 즐길 수 있는 특별한 사케를 자신 있게 선보이고 있습니다.
