Junmai crafted from Aizu-region rice at 60% polish at Yumegokoro Shuzo in Kitakata, Fukushima, brewed with Iide mountain spring water and Utsukushima Dream yeast. A counterpart to the other Aizu rice junmai in the lineup, it embodies the brewery's commitment to local ingredients and approachable, food-pairing sake.
