Maihime Junmai Ginjoshu is a pure-rice ginjo from Maihime Co. in Suwa, Nagano, where no brewer's alcohol is added, allowing the subtle sweetness and umami of Miyamanishiki rice to shine through alongside the ginjo's characteristic fruity notes. Kirigamine Highland subterranean water provides the soft, mineral-tinged backbone that defines the Suwa brewing style.
