마이히메의 준마이 긴조슈. 양조 알코올을 가하지 않고 미야마 니시키 특유의 은은한 단맛과 우마미를 최대한 이끌어냈다. 나가노현산 쌀과 기리가미네의 복류수가 만들어내는 과실을 연상시키는 긴조 향과 부드러운 미네랄감이 특징.
