Honjozo from Japan's easternmost brewery in Nemuro, Hokkaido, brewed using the cold-fermentation tradition refined over more than a century on the eastern tip of Hokkaido. Aimed at local fishermen and residents, it carries a sturdy, dry character shaped by the region's seafood-driven food culture.
