Description

Sanada Shinobi Junmai Ginjo is brewed at Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, drawing its name from Sanada Yukimura who spent his final years in the nearby castle town of Kudoyama. The sake uses locally contracted rice polished to 60% and soft spring water from the Izumi-Katsuragi mountains, resulting in a lightly dry, refreshing character suited for pairing with food.
