The Sanada Shinobi Junmai Ginjo Akazoroe-yo is a special red-armor commemorative edition from Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, honoring the legendary Sanada Yukimura who retired to nearby Kudoyama after the Battle of Sekigahara. Made with locally contracted rice polished to 60% using mountain spring water from the Izumi-Katsuragi range, it is a slightly dry, well-balanced food-accompanying sake with a clean finish.
