Kikukawa Junmaishu Kagaribi is the junmai expression within the Kagaribi series from Kikukawa Shuzo in Gifu, inspired by the bonfire baskets of the Nagara River's traditional cormorant fishing. As a junmai brewed without added alcohol, it delivers a rounded, rice-forward body with a warming depth, with Gifu's pure mountain water supporting the clean, well-structured character.
