야마토 산잔(大和三山)에 둘러싸인 이마이초(今井町)에 위치한 유일한 양조장으로, 에도 시대의 거리 풍경이 지금도 남아 있는 곳입니다. 건물은 '조본지야(城本寺屋)'라 불리며, 1772년에 이미 양조업을 영위했다는 기록이 문헌에 남아 있습니다. 전통을 지키고 정성 어린 사케 양조를 이어가며, 더욱 훌륭한 '우마시 사케(旨し酒)'를 빚기 위해 매일 정진하고 있습니다.
