Junmainigorizake Kajokotobuki Namasake is an unpasteurized, cloudy junmai from Kotobuki Toraya Shuzo, retaining lees in suspension for a rich, textured mouthfeel. The nigori style preserves some of the unfiltered character of the fermentation mash, adding creaminess and a mild sweetness. As a namasake, it is unpasteurized, keeping its flavors fresh and lively.
