Junmai Kajokotobuki is a pure rice sake from Kotobuki Toraya Shuzo, part of the Kajokotobuki lineup named after Yamagata's Kajo Castle. Brewed without added alcohol, junmai allows the intrinsic umami and richness of the rice to take center stage. It represents an accessible, food-friendly expression within the brewery's broad Kajokotobuki family.
