Junmai Fukino is a junmai sake from Sanwa Shurui in Oita. Brewed without added alcohol in Kyushu's Oita Prefecture, where the warm climate and volcanic spring water create naturally full-flavored sake, this junmai follows the regional tradition of bold, umami-driven expression.
