Josenshu Uijin Wankappu is the single-serve cup format of Furuhashi Shuzou's flagship Uijin brand from Tsuwano, Shimane, a castle town known as the 'Little Kyoto of San'in.' Founded in 1878, the brewery uses Aono Mountain spring water and Takatsu River terroir for even this everyday cup sake.
