Hyakushun Tokubetsu Junmai Jikagumi Murokanamagenshu is a Tokubetsu Junmai from Kosaka Shuzojo bottled directly from the tank (jikagumi) without charcoal filtration (muroka) and unpasteurized (nama), preserving its raw, full-bodied flavor. As a genshu, it is undiluted, offering higher alcohol content and concentrated Gifu rice character.
