Produced by Katsuragi Shuzo in Nara prefecture, this Tokubetsu Junmaishu draws on the ancient brewing traditions of the region, home to some of Japan's oldest shrines and sake culture. The result is a well-rounded junmai with depth and a satisfying, lingering finish.
