기후현 도미카초에서 간세이 7년(1795년)에 창업한 마쓰이야 주조장이 만드는 혼조조슈입니다. 옛 가지타 성 아래에서 이름을 딴 브랜드로, 에도 시대부터 이어지는 양조장에서 정성스럽게 담금한 깔끔하고 질리지 않는 드라이한 맛이 특징입니다.
