Honjozo Koshinohana Shuen is a honjozo sake from Koshinohana Shuzo in Niigata, with the name shuen meaning bonds forged through sake. Honjozo style adds a controlled amount of brewer's alcohol to produce a lighter, crisper expression suited to Niigata's famous tanrei karakuchi (light and dry) regional preference.
