Gohyakumangoku, Akitakomachi, and Himenomochi are combined at 65% polishing in this honjozo from a Fukushima brewery that applies mochi-rice four-stage fermentation across its entire lineup. Brewed in the Minami-Aizu highlands using 100% Aizu-grown rice and Fukushima's own Utsukushima Yume yeast, it carries a gentle aroma and clean, dry finish.
