Rimuzan is a specialty sake from Hamafukutsuru in Nada, Hyogo, drawing on the brewery's long history in one of Japan's most storied brewing districts. Nada's combination of Miyamizu water, proximity to the port of Kobe, and skilled toji brewers historically made it the country's largest sake-producing region. This sake carries that deep regional heritage in its composition.
