Daiginjoshushureidaisen is a daiginjo from Kumezakura Shuzo in Tottori, brewed near the foot of Mount Daisen, one of the tallest mountains in western Japan. The name Shureidaisen reflects the majestic, lofty character the brewery aims to capture in this highly polished premium sake.
