Tokubetsu Junmaishukyoriki is a special pure rice sake from Kumezakura Shuzo in Tottori, brewed with Kyoriki, an heirloom sake rice variety native to Tottori prefecture that was nearly extinct before being revived by local farmers. Known for producing sake with bold structure and earthy depth, Kyoriki rice gives this tokubetsu junmai a distinctly regional character.
