에히메현
창업 초기에는 면직물과 간장을 제조했으며, 창업 후 약 100년이 지난 1935년에 시내에서 물이 가장 좋다고 알려진 아사히마치로 이전했습니다. 전쟁 중 창고가 소실되는 어려움을 겪었으나 전통의 힘으로 이를 극복하여 오늘에 이르렀습니다. 창업자 하루베이 야기가 고향에서 '탄바야'라는 이름으로 알려졌고, 그 家紋과 사케의 날카로운 맛을 명검 '마사무네'에 빗대어 '야마탄마사무네'라 이름 지었습니다.
