Azumaichi Tokubetsu Junmaishu is a special-grade junmai from Gochouda Shuzo in Kashima, Saga, polished beyond the standard junmai level for additional refinement. Saga's Ariake Sea coastal groundwater and the brewery's deep roots in Kashima's sake culture produce a tokubetsu junmai of clean, warming character suited to the seafood cuisine of the Ariake coast.
