I wasn’t a fan of this one, but I prefer Junmai Ginjo. I did sense some spice in this sake, but I don’t think it had enough depth for me (but I prefer Nigori)
on SOTO 준마이 사케 →RPR: 50%. Tried it chilled and room temperature. I found it to have a strange taste on the front end that I didn’t love in either temperature but chilled was a little better.
