Tsukinoi Junmai Ginjo est l'offre principale de junmai ginjo de KK Tsukinoishuzouten à Ibaraki, brassée avec du riz poli à 60 % ou moins, en utilisant uniquement du riz, de l'eau et du koji. L'eau d'Ibaraki et la fermentation contrôlée à basse température de la brasserie contribuent à un sake bien équilibré, aux arômes floraux et fruités propres, et à une finale douce et sèche.
