Une édition tokubetsu junmai kasumi (légèrement trouble) de cette brasserie de Yokkaichi, présentant le caractère frais et non filtré de la première saison de pressurage. Brassé avec de l'eau de source de la montagne Suzuka et du riz à saké cultivé localement selon le même processus de koji aux normes daiginjo appliqué à toute la gamme de la brasserie.
