Un junmai artisanal de cette brasserie de Yokkaichi, élaboré avec un arôme ginjo pur, un umami et une astringence équilibrés, et une finale propre sans défaut. Brassé avec de l'eau de source de la montagne Suzuka et du riz à saké cultivé localement selon le processus de koji au niveau daiginjo constant de la brasserie.
