Ce junmai genshu de Kuramitsu Shuzo est mis en bouteille sans dilution à pleine concentration du moromi, un style qui met en avant le caractère concentré du riz et sa présence en bouche. La brasserie est le seul producteur de sake d'Oita, puisant dans l'eau souterraine de la rivière Ono et dans une tradition de production artisanale en petits lots qui remonte à 1864.
