Le Junmai Daiginjo Sara Tobintori de Kuramitsu est recueilli en goutte-à-goutte dans des fûts tobin à partir de sacs en tissu suspendus, une méthode qui capture uniquement la fraction la plus délicate du moromi sans pression appliquée. Produit par la seule brasserie de sake d'Oita depuis 1864, la gamme Sara a reçu des prix consécutifs au Concours national du sake, et cette version junmai daiginjo utilise l'eau souterraine de la rivière Ono et une levure à haute production d'esters.
