Description

Version koshu (vieillie) du Daiginjo Sara de Kuramitsu, ce sake repose sur la même base d'eau de la rivière Ono et la même levure à haute production d'esters que l'édition standard, approfondies par un vieillissement prolongé en cave. Kuramitsu est la seule brasserie de sake encore en activité à Oita, fondée en 1864, et fait vieillir une partie de sa cuvée premium Sara pour développer une complexité supplémentaire.
