Le Soukou Daiginjo Sara de Kuramitsu Shuzo, unique brasserie de sake dans la ville d'Oita, est élaboré avec l'eau souterraine de la rivière Ono et une levure à haute production d'esters pour produire un daiginjo parfumé et net. La brasserie, fondée en 1864, a remporté des prix consécutifs au Concours national du sake de 2013 à 2016 avec cette gamme Sara.
