Junmai sake de la zone de Takashima dans la préfecture de Shiga, brassé dans le cadre GI Shiga avec du riz régional et l'eau douce du bassin du lac Biwa. Sans ajout d'alcool, il affiche un caractère dominé par le riz, pur et net.
