Description

Un sake local célébré lors des festivals et des banquets. À l'origine d'Okayama, la variété originelle de riz à sake 'riz Omachi', cultivé à Okayama depuis l'ère Edo, livre ici sa saveur d'origine. La richesse umami du riz à sake originel est équilibrée par un tranchant qui rehausse le goût du sake. Environ 50 % du riz convenant à la fabrication est aujourd'hui perpétué, un riz sans croisement de race conservé au Japon, originaire de Bizen Okayama.
