Description

Du riz brut est poli à 40 % pour utiliser l'amidon de haute qualité contenu dans le Shinpaku, le coeur du grain. Ce sake offre un goût de riz riche, doux et délicat obtenu par le travail de vieillissement dans une belle bouche. Nous recommandons ce sake frais ou légèrement réchauffé. Les deux températures conviennent, mais froid, environ 8 degrés est idéal. Chaud, environ 43 degrés est conseillé.
