Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Girasole, dont le nom italien signifie tournesol, est un junmai ginjo léger et orienté vers l'été de Suwa Mikotsuru Shuzojo à Nagano, suggérant un caractère lumineux et joyeux adapté aux mois les plus chauds. Brassé avec du riz sake de Nagano au niveau de polissage ginjo, utilisant l'eau douce de la région de Suwa en haute altitude, il présente des arômes fruités frais et une finale vive et nette.
