Honjozo arahashiri (première coulée) genshu élaboré à partir d'Akebono de premier choix d'Okayama, pressé aux premières heures du matin et mis en bouteille non dilué à environ 17,9 % ABV. Conservé à des températures proches du point de congélation, il offre l'arôme vif et la saveur concentrée typiques d'un sake de première pression.
