Kuromatsu Inaten Junmai Ginjo de la Inada Shuzo est un ginjo pur riz de la préfecture de Nara, élaboré sans ajout d'alcool distillé et avec du riz poli à au moins 60%. Il en résulte un saké qui équilibre la propreté rizicole de la production junmai avec les arômes fruités et floraux élégants de la fermentation ginjo. L'environnement brassicole traditionnel de Nara apporte une légère terrosité et une profondeur umami à cette expression bien équilibrée.
