Kuromatsu Inaten Ginjoshu de la Inada Shuzo est un saké ginjo classique de Nara, élaboré avec du riz poli à au moins 60% et fermenté à basse température pour développer son caractère aromatique signature. La tradition brassicole de Nara, l'une des plus anciennes du Japon, sous-tend ce ginjo accessible mais raffiné, aux notes de fruits propres et à une finale légèrement sèche. Il représente une expression directe de l'expertise ginjo de la Inada Shuzo.
