Kuromatsu Inaten Daiginjo Genshu de la Inada Shuzo, dans la préfecture de Nara, est un daiginjo non dilué élaboré avec du riz poli à au moins 50%, offrant un profil aromatique concentré. Nara est l'une des régions productrices de saké les plus historiques du Japon, et cette expression genshu délivre toute l'intensité de la fermentation à teneur naturelle en alcool. On peut s'attendre à un taux d'alcool élevé accompagné de notes de fruits et de fleurs en couches, caractéristiques des daiginjo premium de Nara.
