Description

Un daiginjo issu de la maison tokyoïte Toshimaya, vieille de 400 ans, utilisant du Yamada Nishiki poli à 35% et de l'eau de l'aquifère du Fuji puisée à 150 mètres sous le plateau de Musashino. Il est brassé par fermentation longue à basse température et exprime le plus haut niveau de savoir-faire de la brasserie. Le nom signifie 'longue et joyeuse vie'.
