Keisen Tokubetsu Junmaishu Konkon est un tokubetsu junmai de Hasamaya Sake Brewery a Kurihara, Miyagi, poli a 55 % et concu pour accompagner largement les sashimi, les plats en bouillon et les viandes. Le nom Konkon fait reference a l'eau de source abondamment jaillissante des Hauts plateaux de Kurikoma qui alimente la brasserie, ancree dans la tradition du sake de Miyagi. Il equilibre une douceur douce, une acidite nette et un umami delicat provenant de l'eau de source de montagne.
