Junmaishu Kiichi est l'expression au pur riz de la marque Kiichi de Kitanishuzou à Hyogo, brassé sans alcool distillé ajouté et reposant entièrement sur la fermentation naturelle du riz. Le saké junmai offre généralement un corps plus plein et plus riche avec un umami plus prononcé par rapport aux styles avec alcool ajouté. L'héritage de culture du riz Yamada Nishiki à Hyogo en fait un terroir naturellement adapté à la production de junmai de qualité.
