Junmai Daiginjo Miyanomatsu est un daiginjo pur riz de Matsuoshuzojo dans la préfecture de Saga, alliant les standards de polissage et de fermentation daiginjo premium à la pureté sans additif de la classification junmai. L'eau douce de Saga, puisée dans les aquifères souterrains du terrain volcanique de Kyushu, contribue à la texture délicate et lisse caractéristique de l'étiquette Miyanomatsu. L'absence d'alcool distillé ajouté permet au caractère inhérent du riz de s'exprimer pleinement dans le cadre aromatique daiginjo raffiné.
