Description

Un junmai de cette brasserie de Yokkaichi fondée en 1862, élaboré selon l'ancienne méthode de brassage en deux étapes (koshiki nidan jikomi) avec de l'eau souterraine douce de la chaîne de montagnes Suzuka. Le saké présente un léger arôme d'agrumes, un caractère lacté subtil, une légère carbonatation et une finale propre et transparente à 12% d'alcool.
