Hyakushun Tokubetsu Junmai Jikagumi Murokanamagenshu est un Tokubetsu Junmai de la Kosaka Shuzojo mis en bouteille directement depuis la cuve (jikagumi), sans filtration au charbon (muroka) et non pasteurisé (nama), préservant ainsi sa saveur brute et généreuse. En tant que genshu, il est non dilué, offrant une teneur en alcool plus élevée et un caractère concentré du riz de Gifu.
